2013 Buckhannon-Upshur High School BUCCANEER INVITATIONAL Information                                                                                                 

 

                      Please send entries to  buccaneerxc@hotmail.com. There have been some   problems with TimeToEnter and getting the entries.

 

                        Time schedule:  Coaches meeting      4:15

                                                  Girls’ Race               4:30

                                                  Boys’ Race               5:10

                                                  Awards                     5:45

 

                        Awards:  Individual Medals 1-10

                                        Team trophies        1,2,3

 

                       Teams: B-U, East Fairmont, Elkins, Lewis County, Trinity, RCB, and Webster County.

                        Race will be held in the field to the left of the schools parking lot. It is viewer friendly. Team tents can placed at the top of the hill in the grass by the parking lots. Restrooms will be available at the football field. Limited concessions will be available. “T” will be available . $10 for regular shirtsand blue tydyed for $15. Back says, XC It keeps me off the streets.

                         We might charge $5 a car, depends on traffic at school dismissal (3:15).

It would be wise to try to avoid 3:30-3:45 arrival. Please go to your left when entering parking lot and go to the end. The xc course is on your left.
