Two Rivers Athletic Conference

2012 XC Championship

 

Welcome:       Coaches, we are happy to host the “Two Rivers Athletic Conference” Cross Country Championship meet and look forward to seeing you.

 

Date:               Wednesday, September 19, 2012

 

Times:             3:30 pm – 4:45 pm      Tour the course

                        4:45 pm                       Coaches meeting if needed

                        5:00 pm                       Boys Varsity (5000m)

                        5:40 pm                       Girls Varsity (5000m)

 

Location:        Grand Vue Park, overlooking Moundsville, WV

                        Starting line is behind new activity building.

                        Course maps will be in race packet.

 

Scoring:          The top seven runners will count for a team score.  Individuals will be removed for team scoring.  Only one team allowed per school.

 

Awards:         Team trophies for overall champions, both Boys and Girls.

                        Plaques 1-15th place, both Boys and Girls.

                        Awards ceremony will be held shortly after boys varsity race near starting line.

 

Concessions:  Food and drinks will be available during the meet.

                        Conference championship Tee-shirts will be available for purchase.

 

Parking:         $5.00 parking fee per car.
