LAST MINUTE REMINDERS
THE 25th ANNUAL TIMES INVITATIONAL
CROSS COUNTRY MEET
COURSE The High School course is approximately 5000m while the
Middle School course is 2.06miles consisting of some hills and is mostly
grassy. The High School Varsity and JV runners will be run TOGETHER in
both boy’s and girl’s. The Middle School will run the varsity and JV’s
separately. We ask that coaches remind all spectators to remain behind the
flags, off greens and that once the course is closed ALL ATHLETES must remain
off the course.
The course will be CLOSED to all
runners and teams until Saturday Morning.
PARKING- Coaches PLEASE inform your parents and fans that 3
shuttle buses will begin running at 7:15 from Wal-Mart (Take a left and park in
the lots toward Tygart Valley Cinema) and will run throughout the meet. We have
found over the last 3 years that this system works well and takes approximately
10 minutes transit time. Parking at the
ENTRY FEE The entry fee for the race is $40.00 per team or $70.00 for both boy’s and girl’s teams.
Individual runners are $7.00. Please make checks payable to; Polar Bear Running Boosters. An admission charge of $5.00 for adults / $4.00 for will be
applied for any student not in uniform. Coaches
WVSSAC passes will be honored.
