Region 1 AAA Cross Country Meet Information

2:45-3:45: Open Course

4:00 Boys Race

4:45 Girls Race

5:30 Awards

Regional Meet and State Meet Qualification Standards

1. In the regional meet, you may enter up to ten runners, but only a maximum of seven may run on the day of the race.

2. In order for a team to qualify, a team needs a minimum of five runners.

3. For our region, the top three teams will qualify for the state meet.

4. The top ten runners in the regional meet will qualify for the state meet.

Entry Method:

All regional runners must be entered into www.timetoenter.com by Friday October 12^th at 3:00 pm.

Teams 1^st place plaque

Individual medals 1-10

Spectator Admission Fee

The SSAC requires a spectator admission fee of $6 per adult, $5 per student.

Please inform your parents and fans that this is a SSAC required fee, and NOT initiated by the hosting school.

The admission fee helps to cover the cost of the medals NOT provided by the WVSSAC.

Concessions will be available.
