Location New Martinsville, WV, on the old golf course in the south of town; parking in the marina south of the BP (7-11) on Rt. 2.

 

Race Time 8 to 9 a.m.Tour Course

9:30 a.m. is BOYS varsity, followed by GIRLS varsity, then by BOYS and GIRLS middle school.

 

Entry Fee High School: $75.00/school; $40.00/team; $7.00/runner.

Middle School: $60/school; $35.00/team; $5.00/runner.

 

Awards HS: Team Awards 1st to 3rd, runners medals Top Ten.

MS: Team Awards 1st to 3rd, runners medals Top Five.

 

Participation First 5 finishers per team will count for scoring purposes; unlimited entry but only the first 7 factor into the team scoring.

Admission $5.00 per person.

 

Waiver Waivers to be filled out by every team member’s guardian for legal purposes.

 

Course An old rolling golf course with mostly grass surface with short paved crossings and one creek crossing.

In consideration of the use of the old golf course field as a practice and competition area for the Magnolia High School boys and girls Cross Country teams, I, for myself, my heirs, successors, executors, volunteers and assigns, do hereby forever release and discharge the owners and investors of said property and all sponsors from any and all personal injury, death, or property loss or damages and/or any and all responsibility or liabilities, claims or judgments resulting from participation in varsity athletic events and/or practices at the said property.
