Meet at the Rails to Trails head in front of Rite Aid in Shinnston. Parking is available at the Rails to Trails and Rite Aid.

The course will start in front of Rite Aid and end in front of Rite Aid (it’s a down and back course).

4:30 coaches meeting

5:00 Boys run

5:30 Girls Run

Awards following, the top 10 individual places will receive a medal and 1 team trophy for boys and girls will be given.

Please register your team on atheletic.net no later than Tuesday 28^th.

I would like to take pre-orders for t-shirts. They will be $15 a shirt. Please email me with your order by September 18^th. I will order extras, but not many.
