DODDRIDGE COUNTY MIDDLE SCHOOL INVITATIONAL 2012

Dear Cross-County Coach,

The Doddridge Bobcat Cross-Country Team would like to invite you to the 22^nd annual Doddridge County Middle School Invitational.

When: Tuesday, October 9^th, 4:30pm

Where: The Doddridge County Park

Directions: From US Route 50 take the Snowbird Road exit (Doddridge County Park) for 1.2 miles to the park entrance.

Awards: The top twenty individuals in both the boys and girls varsity races will receive trophies. The top five schools in both divisions will receive team trophies. The first fifteen JV boy and girl finishers will be awarded medals.

Entry Fee: The entry fee will be $25.00 per team or $50.00 per school. For schools without full teams the fee will be $5.00 per runner. Make checks payable to: Doddridge County Middle School and send your entry fee to Greg Bonnell at Doddridge County Middle School, RR 2 Box 35, West Union, WV 26456-9508. Concessions: Food and drinks will be available as well as the official Doddridge County Invitational tee shirts.

Course: The course is a beautiful 2.05-mile, viewer friendly, rolling grass course with one challenging hill and two creek crossings.

Notes: The varsity boys will run first at 4:30pm, followed by the varsity girls. The boys and girls JV race will be combined and will follow the boys’ varsity race. The day will conclude with team and individual awards at the stage area of the park. This year we are accepting entries via www.TimeToEnter.com. That is the preferred method of entry. We will also accept rosters via Hy-Tek. E-mail Hy-Tek rosters to Josh Weekley at www.runwv.com. Entries by any method, including faxes, should be sent by October 2^nd.
