Predicted AAA Girls Team Results
This will be a very exciting team race. Morgantown and University are the dominant teams. University won the battle at the OVAC. Morgantown won the battle at the Regional Meet. University was ranked at the top for most of the season. Morgantown took that spot late in the season and currently holds it. I have it separated by just 2 points with University coming out on top. I have Preston in a very solid 3rd and Hurricane in a very solid 4th. I have Bridgeport very solidly in 5th. Things get very tight after that.

Predicted AAA Girls Top 25
Amelia Paladino has been at the top of the heap the entire season, and I see no reason for the State Meet to be any different. Victoria Cooke has been strong all season and looked great at her Regional Meet. The same is true for Abbey Harrison. Kaitlyn Workman was runner up last year and is 2nd place in the seasonal rankings. Sydney Pineault was an All-State Performer a year ago and has elevated her performance late in the season. Brynn Harshbarger has been very solid all season long. Alyssa Scherich is the 4th ranked runner and was 3rd last season, so a move up is clearly a possibility. Tori Dent has been strong all season. Reba Cutright has finished right on Scherich's heels a number of times and is possibly the most improved runner in the state. Emma Harrison looks to repeat an All-State Performance from last year. She beat Pineault, Harhsbarger, and Scherich at the Regional Meet. This was a very tough set of picks. I expect it will be the hardest set of the season. I left out of the top 10 a trio of All-State Performers last year (Morganne Phillips, Emily Lynch, and Jorden Thornton). They could each easily crack the lineup. For that matter, I could easily see at least 20 of these runners cracking the top 10.
