If you haven’t entered your athletes on TimeToEnter.com, it is very easy. Simply go to ToEnter.com and add your schedule for the meets. Then proceed to enter your athletes into the meet. Don’t forget your user name and password!

Entry Deadlines:

*Last Call Race – Monday evening September 12.

*Last Call Invitational – Monday evening October 10.

Last Call Race – September 17^th at RCB HS, Clarksburg, WV

*No fee / No awards.

Coaches check-in for packets at football field Main Gate asap.

*Please designate Incomplete teams at check-in.

Tour starts at 8:00 – Ends 9:00

Coaches Meeting w/team Rep. – 9:15 at the Gate.

OPEN Race – 9:30

Girls Varsity – 10:00

Boys Varsity – 10:30

JV Combined G/B – 11:00

Admission fee: Adults - $4.00, Students – $2.00, Carload – $10.00.

Park only in front of RCB HS

Busses only may park inside the Main Gate

Tent City is behind the baseball center field fence.

Last Call Invitational - October 15^th.

*Entry Fee: $25.00 – 1 team

$40.00 for 2 teams

$5.00 per individual

JV Included G/B.

Awards – Top three teams G/B - Top 7 individuals G/B.

JV – Top 14 G/B.
