Please check your schedules on TimeToEnter.com. They had a glitch (I don’t know if it’s ongoing or corrected) that was putting everyone into each new meet added to the system. I am the administrator for 3 meets, and there are numerous teams listed for my meets that I know aren’t coming. I have High Schools in a Middle School meets, non-conference members in a conference championship meet, and schools from 4 hours away in a weekday invitational (they're certainly welcome, but I doubt they're really coming).

Please make the appropriate corrections to your schedules so that meet administrators aren’t looking for entries from teams that aren’t coming to their meets.
