2011 ST ALBANS RED DRAGON

CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL

High School and Middle School Meet

 

On behalf of St Albans High School, you are cordially invited to be a part of our 3nd Annual Red Dragon Meet on Saturday, September 24th. The meet will be held at St Albans City Park.

 

The course will be a challenging mix of ups and downs with lots of turns. Mostly trails with one area of asphalt to cross, a true cross country course. The High School course is 5000 meters and the Middle School course is 3000 meters. There will be a small admission fee for spectators and an area for tents. Parking will be restricted for spectators to the large lot at the top of the hill near the pool. Restrooms are available but no shower facilities. Awards ceremony will follow after the high school and middle school races and will be at the start/ finish area.

Tour course               8:00 – 9:00

High School Boys          9:30

High School Girls        10:15

Middle School Boys       11:00

Middle School Girls      11:30

AWARDS

 

Team Trophies         1st – 3rd

Individuals Medals    Top 10

 

ENTRY FEES  $60.00 per school or $35.00 per team, $7.00 per individuals.
