AAA Region IV Cross Country Championships

The Region IV Cross Country Championships will be held at the Valley Park in Hurricane on Thursday, October 20^th.

Girls Race: 4:30 p.m.

Boys Race: 5:15 p.m.

Awards: Top ten individuals 1^st place team

Admission Free

Please check your eligibility sheets. If anyone has been added to the roster, be sure it has been updated with WVSSAC.

Coaches send your eligibility sheets to Coach Posey at Hurricane High School. Due date is October 15^th.

· Only enter 10 runners for Girls team and 10 runners for Boys team

· Only 7 runners may compete in the regional meet with the remaining 3 as alternates
