Coaches,

Please have your entries into www.timetoenter.com by Monday, October 17th. It is the same website we used last year. There is no paper entry method any longer. You are allowed 7 varsity runners and 3 alternates per team. All 10 runners will have a bib number at the state meet, given your team qualifies. There is no need to submit entries for the state meet. The 10 you submit for the regional will be the 10 you have for the state meet. Race times are as follows.

1pm course opens
3pm coaches meeting
4pm girls varsity
4:45pm boys varsity
