Varsity Girls – 10:00am Combined
JV – 11:30am
Varsity Boys – 10:45am Awards Ceremony – 12:15pm
Entry Fee:
A $80.00 entry fee will be assessed for two varsity teams; $40.00 for
one
varsity team; or $5.00 per individual. There are no charges for JV.
Course Description: 5000 meters.
Concessions:
A concession stand will be provided by Elkins High Boosters.
T-Shirts:
There will be
Coaches Packet:
These will be available at the meet site on arrival. They will
contain meet directions,
course maps, and scoring materials.
Scoring will be done on Hy-tek.
Admission Fee:
Coaches and athletes are free; spectators are required to pay.
Team Tents:
“Tent City” will be near the start finish and equipped with tables.
Awards:
First two teams and top 10 individual boys & girls receive plaques.
