BERKELEY SPRINGS INVITATIONAL

ENTRIES DUE   September 25, 2011  Please submit 7 varsity runners.Changes can be made up to 10: AM race day.

DO NOT FAX TO THE HIGH SCHOOL. I will never see them.

TIME: 11:00 First race

PLACE: Warm Springs Middle School  Fairfax Street  Berkeley Springs

DIRECTIONS: Turn onto Rt.9 from Rt.522. Travel about 1.5 miles turn left onto Fairfax Street. There is also a large H sign for the hospital. Almost immediately you will turn right onto the Warm Spring campus. Follow Signs

Parking: Spectator parking will be on a practice field close to the school. BUS PARKING  will be reserved at the Middle School.

Restrooms: are located at the rear of Warm Springs Middle School (water tower side)

ENTRY FEE: $70 for two teams, $45 for one, $10 per individual

AWARDS: TOP 2 TEAMS, AND TOP 10 INDIVIDUALS 

ADMISSION $5 per person as set by the Athletic Department

Invitational T-Shirts will be sold

Changing facilities and bathrooms are located at the rear of the Middle School

10:00 Coaches Meeting and entrant changes due

11:00 Varsity girls

11:40 Varsity boys

12:20 Boys and girls reserve race combined if needed -  unscored

AWARDS PRESENTATION will be about a half hour after the last race
