Location: Robert C. Byrd High School, Clarksburg, WV 26301

Rt. 98 onto Eagle Way, near McDonald’s

Course: 3K. Finish of the course will change due to the construction of the new Baseball field.

Races: 8:00am Coaches Meeting

8:30am Coed Open 3K (excluding competing MS runners)

9:00am Boys Varsity 3K

9:30 am Girls Varsity 3K

10:00 am Girls and Boys JV 3K Combined

Awards: MS Varsity Team overall winners 5 places deep G/B Trophy.

MS Varsity Individual trophies 15 places deep with a 1^st place G/B trophy.

MS JV Individual ribbons 14 places deep with a 1^st place B/G Trophy.

Entry Fee: Per Team $25.00 Girls and boys $ 40.00 which includes JV

Please try to pay in advance or at registration on Race Day!!

$3.00 per runner for incomplete teams with Coach.

Please make checks payable to WIMS Athletics and memo them to the “Last Call”

Event Notes: If you have Hy-tek TM Lite please submit your entries via e-mail ( this is the best way to enter) to Dave Ricer at wfmsruns@hotmail.com. He will post an event file soon on www.runwv.com. Enclosed is an entry form for the race. It will be due by Wednesday October 14^th 2009 and fax it to 304-624-3388 with attention to Coach Zorick.
