The Hedgesville High School Cross-Country Invitational will be Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Run the course that hosted the Region II Championships four times in eight years.

4:00 Girls Varsity Race

4:45 Boys Varsity Race

5:15 Combined JV Race

AWARDS: Trophies presented to winning varsity teams and medals for top seven finishers for varsity boys and girls. Medals for top five finishing JV boys and girls.

ENTRY FEE: $70.00 per school

DEADLINE: If your school is interested in competing in the Hedgesville Cross-Country Invitational, contact us as soon as possible as we will limit the amount of schools competing. Team entries are due by Wednesday, September 23, 2009. E-mail entries to countryrunning@aol.com

COURSE: 5000 meters of rolling hills. 200 meters of dirt road.
