Just a reminder coaches if you wish to participate in this year’s event which will take place (Saturday, September 26^th), to please log onto (runwv.com), to download the event files and e-mail them to Dave Crawford. I would also like a list of your runners faxed to me at 304-636-9166.

RACE SCHEDULE: Girls Varsity ------------- 9:30am

Boys Varsity -------------10:00am

Boys/Girls Jr. Varsity -------10:30am

Awards will follow at 11:45 approximately below the gate house or up in the pavilion if it should rain.

ENTRY FEES:

Make all checks payable to: “ELKINS MIDDLE SCHOOL X-C”

For 2 varsity Teams -----------------$45.00

For 1 varsity Team-------------------$30.00

For incomplete Team--------------$5.00 per runner

(Jr. Varsity runners slip in for free)

Awards are being adjusted some this year, for the good, not bad.

*****ROSTERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO (DAVE CRAWFORD) BY MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21^ST. The hy-tech scoring will be used, so download the Team Manager Lite for free from the internet.
