The time schedule for the PVC/AVL has been changed.

The PVC/AVL Cross-Country Meet will be held at Hedgesville High School on Saturday, October 17, 2009. Below is important information concerning this meet.

WHERE: Across from Hedgesville High School. Only buses will be permitted to park on course side of the road. All other vehicles will park in the school parking lot on the school side of Rt. 9.

SCHEDULE:

The following times are approximate. We will follow a rolling schedule.

3:00 - Course Walk

4:45 - Coaches Meeting @ finish line

5:00 - Girls Varsity Race (unlimited runners) top 5 score, 2 displace

5:45 - Boys Varsity Race (unlimited runners) top 5 score, 2 displace

6:30 - Recognition of top finishers and team winner

RACE TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE, WE WILL BE ON A ROLLING SCHEDULE

COURSE: 5000 meters of rolling hills. 200 meters of dirt road.
