1. Registration: CHECK-IN at football Field Main Gate
Coach Dave Ricer is doing the electronic results for the race(s). He has rosters for the schools participating from his previous meets already on file. IF you have not registered for any meets at wfmsruns@hotmail.com you must do so as soon as possible.
Hy-tek
is the entry mode of choice, but e-mails will work. You must be pre-registered!
*Race Packet pick up is at the football
Main Gate at RCB.
There is a form for Scratch and Adds….NO ‘new’
names, ONLY replacements, please. These changes will be collected at the 8:15 Coaches meeting.
Entry fees can be paid when you check-in: $25.00 per team, $40.00 per two teams….$3.00 per individual with Coach. Checks to WIMS Athletics
2. Parking: Busses park at the football field main gate lot. All other vehicles park in front of RCB high
school. Handicap w/sticker is adjacent
to the Tennis Courts.
*A
fee of $3.00 per individual or $5.00 per vehicle will be the ‘on-the-road-in’
charge.
3. Stuff: Event T-shirts will be sold….A concession is
available…Tent city is on the football practice field. The public rest rooms
can be used to change, please use them but do not leave stuff there
and also keep these facilities clean. So
far, about 15 teams!
