TIME: Course Open for Teams to Tour 3:00 to 5:00ish “Coaches pick up packets”

5:00 Coach’s Meeting

Girls Race shortly after Coaches Meeting

Boys Race will begin 5 min after the last girl finishes

WHERE: Webster Co. High School “Big Ditch Lake” Cowen, WV 26206

DIRECTIONS: Coming from Rt. 19 (Summersville) turn onto 41 New River Community College will be on your Left follow this road to Craigsville where at the Stop light continue straight through towards Cowen. When you come to a water treatment plant on your right you will turn on to Birch River Road to your Left this will take you directly to the lake which in on the Left.

DIRECTIONS: Coming from I-79 turn on to US Rt. 19 Exit 57 “BECKLEY EXIT” travel to you see the Birch River Exit then take this road towards Cowen you will come to Y in the road you will need to stay on the main road this will lead you to the Lake.

AWARDS: Team – First & Second Place for both Boys and Girls

INDIVIDUALS à 1-10 BOYS Maybe more depends on the number of schools

à 1-10 GIRLS Maybe more depending on the number of schools

Top 6^th Man & Woman (a teams best 6^th place finisher, with the best time overall)

ENTRY FEE: $35.00 ONE TEAM OR $65.00 FOR TWO

$7.00 PER INDIVIDUAL

MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: WEBSTER CO. HIGH SCHOOL

COURSE: 5000 meters Varied including, Open paths along the lake with grass, Woodland trails, wood bridges & 2 challenging hill climes “Pine Grove” & “Deer Berry”
