Beaver Run - 2008

 

The Shady Spring High School Cross Country team will be hosting the third annual Beaver Run Invitational on October 14, 2008 at Little Beaver State Park.   The course is set on the mountain top at the lake and runs through gravel roads, grassy fields and a short section of pavement.  Much of the course is visible to spectators and there are several grassy areas to sit and watch.   T-Shirts will be available for purchase as well as concessions.

 

Times:  2:30-3:30        Tour Course                   

             4:00                 Boys and Girls Middle School Division – One Race Co-Ed (3K)

                                      (Middle School boy/girl teams will run together but scored separately)

             4:30                 Varsity and Jr. Varsity  Girl's  (5K)

             5:00                 Varsity and Jr. Varsity Boy's   (5K)

            

Awards:

Middle School

Individuals:   Medals to top 10;   Ribbons - 11 through 15

Team Trophies – 1st Boys/2nd Boys and 1st Girsl/2nd Girls

 

High School

Individuals:   Trophies to top 10;   Medals - 11 through 20

Team Trophies – 1st Boys/2nd Boys  and 1st Girsl/2nd Girls

 

Entry Fee:  High Schools:  $50.00 per school or $30.00 per high school team.  Middle Schools:  $40.00 per school or $25.00 per middle school team.  Individuals:   $8.00 per individuals. Please make Check payable to;  Shady Spring High School Cross Country. Check should be mailed early or brought to meet. You must pay before running.
